WFBS 6 手動移除步驟

※安裝 WFBS 6.0前需請您移除 Apache。

請依下列步驟執行：
1.開啟服務管理員，停止下列服務：
‧ Trend Micro Client/Server Agent Listener
‧ Trend Micro Client/Server Agent Personal Firewall
‧ Trend Micro Client/Server Agent RealTime Scan
‧ Trend Micro Client/Server Agent Proxy Service
‧ Trend Micro Security Server Master Service
‧ Trend Micro Unauthorized Change Prevention Service
‧ Trend Micro Smart Scan Service

如果第一步驟無法執行，請執行下列步驟：



a. 請使用工作管理員或 Process Explorer 來停止服務
b. 開啟工作管理員，切換到處理程序頁面，結束下列處理程序：
‧ pccntmon.exe
‧ ntrtscan.exe
‧ tmlisten.exe
‧ pccnt.exe
‧ tm_pfw.exe
‧ cntaosmgr.exe
‧ TMBMSRV.exe
‧ tmproxy.exe
‧ TMAS_OE.exe.exe
‧ TMAS_OEMon.exe
‧ Ofcservice.exe
‧ ofcAoSMgr.exe

2.打開命令提示字元的畫面，切換到 Security Server 的安裝目錄
例如： C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV

3.命令提示字元的畫面中輸入以下以下指令
‧ "SVRSVCSETUP –uninstall_PLM" - This removes the Trend Micro Plug-in Manager Service.
‧ "SVRSVCSETUP –uninstall" - This removes the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.

4.關閉命令提示字元的畫面

5.取消 \PCCSRV　資料夾的共享設定

6.點選 開始 > 程式集

7.請從程式集將 Trend Micro Client Server Security Agent 按滑鼠右鍵刪除。

8.請從程式集將 Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security 按滑鼠右鍵刪除。

9.打開 IIS管理員
‧ 若當初安裝時選擇"預設網站"則請刪除 OfficeScan 和 SMB 目錄
‧ 若當初安裝時選擇"虛擬網站"則請刪除 OfficeScan 目錄
‧ 刪除 Smart Scan Server 虛擬網站

10.請開啟登錄編輯程式。
註：修改機碼前，請先將機碼進行備份，以避免錯誤的修改機碼造成系統異常而無法還原。

11.請切換到 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\TrendMicro 目錄，刪除子機碼：
‧ EUQ
‧ ScanMail for Exchange

12.請切換到 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall，刪除下列子機碼：
‧ OfficeScanNT
‧ Security Server

13.請切換到 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run，並由右側視窗，刪除下列機碼值：
‧ OfficeScanNT Monitor
‧ OE

14.請刪除 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WINDOWS\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\<Security Server-Server 名稱> hive.

15.請切換到 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services，刪除下列機碼：
‧ ntrtscan
‧ TM Filter
‧ ofcAoSMgr
‧ TMListen
‧ Ofcservice
‧ TMPFW
‧ tmactmon
‧ TmPrefilter (Windows 2003 only)
‧ TMBMServer
‧ TMProxy
‧ Tmcfw
‧ tmtdi
‧  Tmcomm
‧ VSApiNT
‧ Tmevtmgr
‧ TMiCRCScanService

16.請回到電腦桌面，按滑鼠右鍵點選我的電腦 > 內容 > 管理

17.點選裝置管理員

18.按滑鼠右鍵 > 檢視 > 顯示隱藏裝置。

19.點選「非隨插即用驅動程式」

20.解除安裝下列裝置：
註：將裝置解除安裝後，須重新開機才會生效。
‧ tmactmon
‧ tmcomm
‧ tmevtmgr
‧ Trend Micro FILTER
‧ Trend Micro PreFilter (Windows 2003 only)
‧ Trend Micro TDIDriver
‧ Trend Micro VSAPI NT

21.請開啟控制台 > 網路連線。

22.請右鍵點選區域連線 > 內容

23.解除安裝 Trend Micro Common Firewall Driver

24.請重新開機。

25.請開啟 C:\Program Files\Trend Micro 資料夾，並刪除下列資料夾：
‧ BM
‧ Client Server Security Agent
‧ Security Server
‧ TrendProtect
‧ TrendSecure
